Terms and conditions

Ordering

  • Rose Blake is dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments please contact us directly.
  • Orders are accepted subject to availability. In the event that a product is unavailable when you place your order we will contact you to arrange replacement or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order.
  • We reserve the right not to accept any order.
  • We accept payment by check and your order will be dispatched when payment has been cleared into our bank account. Unfortunately we are not able to accept credit/debit card payment at this time.
  • If you wish to make payment by other means please contact us directly.

Privacy

  • Rose Blake is committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 & subsequent revisions thereof).

Delivery

  • Postage & packing is from £2.00 for a single T-shirt with free delivery on orders over £75.00
  • Orders are delivered by First Class Postage to mainland UK, which excludes the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and Islands.
  • Delivery will be in the manner and time as agreed with Rose Blake but Rose Blake will not be responsible for any variation caused by circumstances beyond its control.
  • We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible once payment has been verified.
  • Delivery will usually be made within 3 working days after dispatch.

Prices

  • All our prices are in pounds sterling and are not subject to VAT.
  • Promotional offers and prices are as stated, with no further discounts available.

Title

  • Goods supplied by Rose Blake shall remain the property of Rose Blake until the full purchase price has been paid.
  • In the case of any re-sale of the goods, or part thereof, you agree to hold the full proceeds of sale in trust for us on our behalf.

Returns

  • We will provide a full refund or replacement for any goods that are faulty.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • We may require faulty goods to be returned to us and will arrange this as necessary at your convenience.

Claims

  • All goods purchased from Rose Blake must be examined on arrival and any discrepancies or faults notified in writing to Rose Blake within 7 days by the recipient.
  • Non-delivery of goods must be similarly notified in writing within 14 days of your order. Rose Blake cannot entertain claims when these conditions have not been met.

Cancellations and complaints

  • You may cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods and must notify us in writing or by email should you wish to do so.
  • Should you decide to cancel, all charges to you will be refunded. The goods should be returned in merchantable, unused and re-saleable condition to Rose Blake.
  • Return carriage costs are your responsibility, except when substitute goods are returned. If goods are found to be genuinely faulty we will reimburse return costs.
  • You must take reasonable care of all goods whilst in your possession and make arrangements for their return as soon as is practicable.
  • In the event of complaint please contact us in the first instance by email with full details of your complaint.
  • All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and you can expect a full resolution of your complaint within a further 72 hours. You will be kept informed if there is any delay beyond this. Each complaint will be treated as confidential and will be attended to by a senior manager.
